The terms, in plain words.

What you can expect from IYI, and what we expect from you, when you use this website or our services.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use iyindia.online or ask IYI (“IYI”) for a check, demo, report, plan or other service. By using the website or sending an enquiry you agree to them. If you buy a paid service, the quote or invoice we send you also forms part of our agreement; if it says something different, the quote or invoice applies.

2. Our services

  • Plateform — delivery-coverage, menu and price analysis for restaurants.
  • TalkieTrend — cinema showtime, occupancy and pricing intelligence.
  • Vidhi — Vedic astrology readings in Indian languages.
  • LeadX — lead-generation campaigns with verified enquiries.
  • CRADAR — local competitor studies.

Some products are in beta, pilot or research stage, as shown on their pages. Their features may change, and we may add, change or stop features with reasonable notice to paying customers.

3. Enquiries and verification

Give accurate details and use only a mobile number and email address that belong to you. We verify both with one-time codes before we accept an enquiry. Do not submit enquiries for someone else without their permission, and do not try to get around the verification.

4. Free checks, prices and payment

  • A free check is free. We never ask for payment details to provide it.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees as shown on this website when you place your order. Applicable taxes, such as GST, are shown on the quote or invoice.
  • Before starting paid work, we confirm the scope, price and delivery in a written quote or invoice. Payment is due as stated there.
  • If we cannot deliver a paid report, we refund what you paid for it in full. Once a report has been delivered, its fee is not refundable. Yearly plans can be cancelled as set out in the plan’s written terms.

5. What our reports are — and are not

Our reports and dashboards analyse publicly available information at the time we collect it, such as delivery areas, menus, prices, showtimes and seat availability. Platforms change their listings, rankings and coverage often, so results can change after a report is made.

Reports give you information and recommendations. They do not guarantee more orders, sales, revenue, bookings or any other result, and decisions you take based on them are yours.

6. Vidhi readings

Vidhi readings are based on traditional Vedic astrology and are given for guidance and personal reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; for such matters, consult a qualified professional. Vidhi is for users aged 18 and over.

7. Third-party platforms and trademarks

Swiggy, Zomato, magicpin, BookMyShow, District and other names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners. IYI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • copy, scrape or harvest this website or its data by automated means;
  • send false, abusive or automated enquiries, or misuse the verification codes;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • resell or publish our reports or data without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its text and design, our software, and the format and method of our reports belong to IYI. When you pay for a report, you may use it within your own business. Information you give us remains yours.

10. Confidentiality

We keep the business information you share with us confidential and use it only to provide the service, except where the law requires disclosure. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, IYI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of IYI’s registered office have jurisdiction over any dispute, and we will first try to resolve any issue with you directly.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not affect a paid service already confirmed in writing. Questions: care@iyindia.online.
